1. Definitions

Libero Horeca: the supplier of horeca and kitchen equipment.

Customer: any party purchasing products or services from Libero Horeca.
2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, orders, agreements, and sales between Libero Horeca and the Customer, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Quotations and agreements
All quotations are non-binding until confirmed in writing or by e-mail by Libero Horeca. An agreement is concluded once the order is confirmed by Libero Horeca.
4. Prices and payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT and any additional costs, unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made within 14 days from the invoice date, unless a different term is agreed in writing.
5. Delivery and shipping

Delivery times are indicative and non-binding.

Libero Horeca is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Risk of the products transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
6. Warranty and complaints

Products are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

The Customer must inspect the goods upon receipt and report any complaints in writing within 7 days to Libero Horeca.
7. Returns and cancellation

Returns are only permitted with prior written approval from Libero Horeca.

Return costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation is not possible once the goods have been shipped.
8. Liability

Libero Horeca is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

In all cases, liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant delivery.
9. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, strikes, transport issues), Libero Horeca has the right to suspend or cancel the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.
10. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
