• Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

2. Return conditions

• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and preferably in the original packaging.

• Customized products or items that have been installed/used cannot be returned.

3. Return costs

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error lies with Libero Horeca (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

4. Procedure

• Please contact us at info@libero.horeca.nl before returning any product.

• Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned product.

• The amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 working days.
